Ananya mainly focuses onreal estate investment trusts (REITs), real estate investment and general commercial. Her experiences cover transactions in respect of industrial sector and hotel industry. She has been involved in researching and providing legal advice on a wide range of real estate and general commercial laws and regulations, as well as drafting a wide variety of legal documents in relation to corporate and commercial transactions.
