Kamfai's main practices focus mainly on special project investments, Public Private Partnerships (PPPs), REITs, real estate investment, mergers and acquisitions, and capital markets.
She has been representing major clients in the establishments, capital increases and conversion of several major Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs) and property funds for public offering (PFPOs) transactions in Thailand, including the domestic and international offerings. Such REIT transactions include conversion of Sri panwa Hotel Property Fund to be Sri panwa Hospitality Real Estate Investment Trust, conversion of three property funds (TFUND, TLOGIS, TGROWTH) to be Frasers Property Thailand Industrial Freehold and Leasehold Real Estate Investment Trust, formally TICON Freehold and Leasehold Real Estate Investment Trust (TREIT), which after the conversion, TREIT has a total asset of THB 36,000 Million and the establishment of GLAND Office Leasehold Real Estate Investment Trust (GLANDRT) with the total investment value of THB 5,997 Million.
Moreover, she has involved in several PPP projects in Thailand to provide assessment and recommendation of project structure, analysis of PPP laws and regulations involving the transaction, including cooperation with relevant authorities such as SEPO, Ministry of Public Health and Treasury Department. She also has experience on several mergers and acquisitions of listed and non-listed companies, both domestic and cross-border transactions. Her experience includes drafting and negotiation of transaction agreements and documents related work.
