Pitchaya’s practices focus mainly on Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs) and mergers and acquisitions.

In particular, Pitchaya has extensive experience in REITs by advising on the regulatory framework and preparing all relevant legal documentation for several clients in connection with the establishment, acquisition of additional assets, and also conversion of property funds for public offering (PFPO) to REIT.

Her experiences also cover a number of mergers and acquisitions of listed and non-listed companies, both domestic and cross-border transactions.
