Paranee mainly focuses on general commercial and real estate investment trusts (REITs). Her experiences cover transactions of real estate investment trusts (REITs), which include factories, warehouses and hotels. She has involved in researching and providing legal advice on various aspects of general commercial laws and real estate transactions (REITs) as well as drafting a wide range of legal documents used in corporate work, commercial transactions and real estate investment transactions (REITs) in Thailand.
