Tongnudda mainly focuses on general commercial, capital markets, and real estate practices. In particular, she has involved in real estate investment trusts (REITs) transactions in Thailand with respect to the investment in various real estate categories, including industrial buildings, commercial buildings, residential buildings, and office buildings. She has also involved in researching and providing legal advice on various aspects of general commercial laws and REITs as well as drafting a wide range of legal documents used in corporate and capital markets, commercial transactions, and real estate investment transactions.
