Varanporn mainly focuses on the practice areas of general commercial and real estate development. She has involved in researching and providing legal advice on various aspects of general commercial laws for both private and public limited companies as well as real estate investment trusts (REITs) in connection with the compliance with the company’s laws in addition to the securities and exchange law.
