Administrative Assistant & Secretary (Full Time)

Job Description

  • Coordinate with various sections both internal and external to complete the assigned tasks

  • Assist on office administrative work such as document delivery and filing, guests welcoming, office supply monitoring, travel arrangements

  • Secretarial functions such as preparing documents and correspondence, filing, copying, scanning and organizing a volume of files


Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in any field, or vocational degree in secretarial program

  • Good command in English

  • Pleasant personality, highly committed, fast learning and able to manage multiple tasks and schedules

  • Interpersonal skills with service mind

  • Moderate or professional skills in MS Office

  • Typing ability in both Thai and English with speed and accuracy

  • 0-5 years experience
